1 General Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically between 15x and 30x.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.

If bonus abuse is suspected, Baji365 Biz Reserves the right to cancel bonuses without prior review. If you disagree with such a decision, you may appeal by contacting our support team.

5 Gaming Rules

• Every game outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently verifiable.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all wagers will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if the odds change after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled at the odds that were accepted at the time of placement.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Baji365 Biz Reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any reason; however, the main grounds include:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, a refund of your valid balance (excluding bonus balance) will be initiated. The process may take up to 7 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

Baji365 Biz accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions or losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Inconvenience caused by software issues on your device.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.

However, if you suffer any loss directly due to our error, we are committed to making it right.
